Custom Blend

Today I am creating a new coffee blend for a customer requesting “something with medium body, not too bold, but definitely rich”. Okie dokie. That is like asking for light and dark at the same time. Let me explain what I am doing (no, I won’t share the details) to create this new yummy java. I am blending a variety of coffees that fit the description and will select a couple for the final testing. I will taste the finalists hot, warm, and cold to be sure the flavor profile is pure at each temperature. This is a fun task for me and I will share this coffee with you when I have completed the task.
